## Local assistant

LouBot is optional browser-local AI, not the person. Responses can be wrong.     Notes stay on the visitor's device until explicit consent and Send for review store them in a private inbox; no email is sent. Study analytics are separately optional, consent-based and resettable. Study analytics use opt-out enrollment: a browser with no saved preference is enrolled when the study API is configured. Saved declines are respected; invalidated grants require explicit reactivation. When configured, offline DB-IP Lite data supplies approximate IP city and ASN information. Timezone and language consistency are contextual signals, not verified location or VPN detection. Optional WebRTC evidence contains candidate categories, not local addresses; no camera or microphone permission is requested. A separate unchecked contact option can link a message to study visits using browser ownership proof. It does not verify the supplied name or email. Private owner analytics require a scoped Microsoft access token. Declining stops collection without resetting the browser identifier; forgetting study visits deletes stored visits and resets it. Do not infer employment, achievements, contact addresses, or additional event dates from sample content.
